Consultation
During the consultation we visit your roof and take stock of what needs to happen. We also discuss timeline, budget and any particular needs you might have (foot traffic, environmental hazards, etc.).Project Outline
We prepare a written quote and outline detailing the project, specifics we have discussed, costs, foreseeable additions, safety requirements and timeline.Completion
We complete the project, keeping you up to date with the progress the whole way. We make sure to have high quality workmanship and to use the best materials for the job.At the completion of your job, your roof has a five year warranty, the top end of industry standard.
Follow-up
As part of completing the job, all of the seams and seals are checked to make sure that everything is left in top condition. We also come back and perform two free inspections within the first 12 months following the completion of a project. This is to make sure that everything has weathered the first winter and summer extremes well and is still at its peak.
At this point you have the option of purchasing a Preventative Roof Maintenance Plan which will extend the warranty on your roof from five to ten years.
Safety
We take the safety of employees and those around the job site very seriously. All of our employees have their Working at Heights training before starting on the job and we are sure to set up proper safety and preventative measures and make sure they are well known to anyone on the job site. All of our workers are covered by WSIB and are encouraged to report any safety concerns immediately to management.
Our chute system allows us to clear waste from a roof without risking injury or damage to nearby people or property. Especially during a tear-off, you want the peace of mind that debris will be controlled and contained.
We are fully insured so that you can have peace of mind that your assets are secure.
